Gimlet Drinks produce cordials, naturally fermented vinegars and sparkling cider. They grow soft fruit and other ingredients in Somerset, use apples from nearby orchards for their ciders and import organic citrus from Sicily. They also operate Gimlet Bar; a portable bar for hire, serving cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks of their own creation.
